The Buzz:
Co-writers/directors Aaron Katz and Martha Stephens have earned acclaim
for crafting a story about getting older that allows their
adventure-seeking duo to share thoughtful, sober, and existential
moments -- as well as some vulgar times, too. No wonder we keep thinking
it's a documentary. Note that co-star Earl Lynn Nelson is related to
co-director Stephens, who put the story idea in motion when she thought
of what it would be like to travel to Iceland with Nelson.
